Our instructors hold NQF Level 3 qualifications, City & Guilds Level 3 Certificates for Deliverers of Conflict Management Training (1886) and City & GUilds in Delivering Learning which enables us to draw up specific lesson plans to suit any client. We are also edexcel level 2 trainers
